Traditional Roofing and Building have dedicated small works teams who will carry out your external roofing and building project. Our repairs can range from a single slate repair to entire re-roofing and masonry projects.

The estimates we provide are extremely competitive in the private market place and the quality end product cannot be matched by our competitors.

Our tradesmen are carefully vetted and selected, however the majority of our tradesman have been working with us for a number of years.

Our current work schedule is mainly from recommendation and repeat business. This is an indication that our customers prefer to use a company that is not only value for money but a company that is reliable and leaves a quality finished end product. A large percentage of roofing repairs that we carry out are rectifying other company’s poor workmanship and use of inferior materials.

Health and Safety on our sites and the well being of our employees and customers are of primary importance to us. All relevant safety equipment will be used during your repairs process.

We can provide 10 year guarantee’s on all completed work through the government endorsed Trustmark scheme, which would protect against faulty design, materials and workmanship. We also offer up to 25 year guarantees on flat roof replacements.

We have £5,000.000 contractor’s liability & £10,000.000 employer’s insurance cover for all roofing and building projects undertaken.
