If you are currently experiencing water ingress in to your property and cannot wait for an estimate to be carried out then please take advantage of our emergency call out service. Our experienced roof leak team will visit you at your property on the day of your enquiry to investigate the cause of the water ingress and provide temporary roof coverings/repair and also offer advice if required.

Our current cost for this service is £200 (+VAT) which is payable on the day of the visit. Our office will take you through the payment procedure when you call.

Annual Maintenance Service

Traditional Roofing & Building offer all our customers the opportunity to take advantage of our unique Annual Roof Maintenance Service. Over a 12-month period you can lose several roof slates or tiles and debris can block gutters or rhones and downpipes. These issues can all potentially cause water ingress into your property. So why not prevent this from occurring with our roof maintenance service.

The Annual Maintenance Service Consists of The Following:

  • Cleaning out rhones and gutters
  • Identifying the rainwater downpipes are running clear
  • Carrying out slate or tile repairs (up to 6Nr)
  • Carrying out other minor repairs identified by the customer
  • We will also highlight and report back any significant roofing defect that will require repair in the near future and provide a detailed estimate if required

If you now decide to proceed with the roof annual maintenance service, we will contact you on your pre-selected inspection month. You will have the opportunity at this time whether you would like to have the inspection carried out for that year. We will then make an appointment date and time with you for our technical operatives to attend.

What is the cost of this service?

The fixed cost for this service is £200 (+VAT).
